Project Description
The water storage structures for Bay County Florida were deteriorating and in critical need for restoration. As the sole source of drinking water for the 188,000 residents of the county, it was imperative that the work occur while the structures were shut down for the winter.
That meant a tight, three-month turnaround where JRCC removed 21,000 square feet of tank lining, repaired deteriorated structural concrete, resurfaced 19,000 square feet of concrete walls, and installed a new tank coating. This vital resource returned to service ahead of schedule.
